Korean pancakes


For 2 servings:

  1. Chives 1 bunch
  2. Flour 3 tbsp
  3. Starch 1 tbsp
  4. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt 1/3 tsp
  6. Ice water 150 ml
  7. Egg 1 pc.
  8. Chili pepper to taste
  9. Boiled Chicken 80 g
  10. Sesame to taste

Step 1 - Filling.

Cut the green part of the onion diagonally, chop the chili pepper (it can be replaced with bell pepper) and boiled chicken fillet.

Step 2 - Pancakes.

Mix flour, starch, sugar, salt and pour ice water, mix until smooth. Add chopped onion, leave part. Pour the dough into a preheated pan, smooth over all surfaces. Pour a shaken egg on top, put pieces of chicken, chili pepper, onion and sesame. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook over moderate heat for 7-10 minutes until eggs are ready.

Step 3 - Done!

Korean spring rolls with spring onion and filling are ready! Serve them with soy sauce.
