Ingredients for making yogurt muffin
- Yogurt 300 grams
- Wheat flour 300 grams
- Sugar 100 grams
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
- Raisins 100 grams
- Lemon essence to taste
- Dough baking powder 1 sachet

Baking dish (24 cm), mixer, spatula, plate, strainer, baking parchment.
Step 1: mix sugar with eggs.
Break the eggs into a bowl, pour sugar in and mix everything well with a mixer. Beat first at low speeds so that sugar does not fly into the kitchen.
Beat until sugar dissolves in the egg mass and you get a homogeneous mixture.
Step 2: knead the dough.
Pour yogurt into the egg mass and beat well with a mixer again. Pour in the oil, wheat flour (sifted) and baking powder for the dough. And mix with the same mixer until smooth.
Step 3: add the raisins.
Rinse and dry the raisins, then add to your dough. If desired, you can soak the raisins in rum or brandy, this will make the cupcake even more flavorful.
Add lemon essence as well and mix everything very well with a spatula so that the raisins are evenly distributed over the dough.
Step 4: bake a cupcake on a yogurt.Cover the bottom of the mold with baking parchment and grease the sides with oil and pour out the dough. Scroll the shape by hand so that the mass is evenly distributed.
Preheat the oven to 160-170 degrees and bake a cupcake in it until golden on top.
After baking, the cake must be allowed to cool, and then carefully remove it from the mold, garnish with icing sugar at will and serve finally!
