Strawberry Cheesecake Ingredients

  1. Shortbread Cookies 200 grams
  2. Butter 70 grams
  3. Curd mass (5-10% fat content) 500 grams

  6. Instant gelatin 21 grams
  7. Hot water 100 milliliters

Put the remaining curd on the berries, leveling the top. And put everything in the refrigerator for a few hours until the cheesecake hardens.
