Ingredients

  1. Potato 1 kg
  2. Flour 500 g.
  3. Egg 1 pc
  4. Onion 200 g.
  5. Stuffing 500 g.
  6. Mushrooms 300 g.
  7. Sugar 1 tbsp
  8. Pepper 3 gr.
  9. Yeast 1 pack
  • Main Ingredients: Beef, Pork, Veal, Lamb, Potato, Onion, Pepper, Flour, Yeast Dough

Cooking:


Boil the potatoes.

Add the egg, sugar, flour, yeast.

Knead the dough.

Let it brew for 20 minutes.

Fry onions and mushrooms.

Fry the minced meat.

Roll out the dough.

We form a pie.

Bake for 40 minutes at 170 °.
