Young potatoes with fried and dill


  1. potatoes 800 gr
  2. onions 1 pc.
  3. garlic 2 cloves
  4. dill bunch
  5. vegetable oil 3 tbsp
  6. butter 50 gr
  7. sugar pinch
  8. salt to taste

Cooking method:

1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Pour in water and cook. When the potatoes boil, salt it to taste.

2. Grind onions and garlic. Heat the pan with vegetable and butter. Fry onion with garlic, add a pinch of salt and sugar. Fry until golden brown.

3. Grind the dill.

4. Drain the water from the finished potatoes and add the roast with dill. Mix everything well.
