Cottage cheese bagels for breakfast! They don’t have time to cool, it’s very tasty!

Ingredients

For the test

  1. Cottage cheese 300 gr.
  2. Eggs 1 pc.
  3. Sugar 3 tbsp
  4. Vanillin pinch
  5. Flour 120 gr.
  6. Baking powder 1/2 tsp

To decorate

  1. Egg yolk 1 pc.
  2. Milk 1 tbsp
  3. Sugar 2 tsp

1) In a bowl, combine 300 gr. cottage cheese of any fat content, 3 tbsp. sugar, a pinch of vanillin, 1/2 tsp baking powder dough and sift 120 gr. flour. Knead the dough.

2) I divide the dough into 10 equal parts. I turn every piece into a cake. I make a hole in the middle, forming a bagel, hands must be sprinkled with flour. So do with all the blanks.

3) Bake bagels at 180 * C for 15-20 minutes on an average oven level, pre-greasing each bagel with egg yolk and milk and sprinkling with sugar. Bagels should grow larger and brown. During cooling, the bagels settle. It should be so.
