Hot cheese sandwich

Ingredients for Making a Hot Cheese Sandwich

  1. White bread 8 slices
  2. Salty butter to taste
  3. Cheddar Cheese to taste
  4. Parmesan to taste
  5. Blue cheese to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


White bread should be cut into thin slices, if the bread is special, for toast, you can cut the crust from it.
Cheese cheddar and parmesan, grate blue cheese.

Step 2: grill cheese sandwiches.


Heat the skillet and melt the butter in it. When the butter becomes hot, dip 2-4 slices of bread into it (depending on how much goes into the pan). Sprinkle grated cheddar and parmesan on top, add blue cheese and a little more cheddar and parmesan on top. Cover the top with the remaining slices of bread to make sandwiches.

Press with a spatula and fry until the bottom piece of bread is browned. Then turn the sandwich over and fry it well and on the other hand, pressing it with a spatula.

Step 3: serve hot cheese sandwiches.


Serve hot appetizing cheese sandwiches as a snack. They will be very good in the company of chips.

For convenience, large sandwiches can be cut in half. But this, of course, does not affect the taste.
