1. Chop the onion very finely, add salt and mash a little, leave it to stand out from it. Remove the juice so that the dough does not soak from it. 2. For the dough, mix flour, salt, vegetable oil with hot water, knead the dough, put it in a bag and leave to rest for 20-30 minutes. 3. Divide the dough into 8 parts. Round each part and put under the film so that the dough is not ventilated. 4. Roll each cake very thinly, adding flour if necessary. On top grease the dough with soft butter, put onions. 5. Cut into longitudinal strips with a width of 2.5 cm. Fold the strips on top of one another and roll the cake. Each finished cake is sent to the freezer for 20-30 minutes, so that the oil freezes while we make the remaining cakes. 6. The cake that went to the freezer itself is the first one, squeeze a little for a diameter of 12-15 cm, fry in a dry pan for 5-6 minutes on each side over moderate heat. 7. I do not cover with a lid to make it crisp. And we do the same with all the cakes in turn.
