Peel and boil young potatoes in salted water. Drain and leave the potatoes to cool.
Cut bell pepper into strips and chop hot pepper finely. Add to potatoes.
You can take olives without stones, but I bought them with seeds, since they were very fat and tasty. I remove the seeds from them and add to the potatoes with pepper.
Chop green onions finely and add to other ingredients.
Add mustard, soy sauce and olive oil. Mix.
Lettuce leaves tear randomly in a plate. Put lettuce on top of leaves. Cut the young cheese into small cubes and sprinkle on top.
