Ingredients

For shrimp

  1. Tiger prawns 20 pcs.
  2. 4 cloves of garlic

For salad

  1. Tomatoes 2 pcs
  2. Green pepper 1 pc.
  3. Olive oil to taste
  4. Salt to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: Cook the Shrimp.


Peel the shrimp (I have peeled), rinse and dry. If the shrimp were frozen, then they must be thawed first.
Pour the shrimp on a plate, salt, pepper, pour olive oil (2 tbsp) and mix well. Let stand for 10 minutes.
At this time, grind the garlic with parsley, salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a mortar.
Then place the shrimp on sticks and fry on a hot grill over 3 minutes from each side.

Step 2: prepare the salad.


For the salad, mix chopped tomatoes with chopped pepper, salt, pepper and pour olive oil.

Step 3: serve the grilled shrimp.
