Ingredients (for one 3 liter jar):

  1. cucumbers 1.7 kg .;
  2. garlic 1 clove;
  3. cherry leaf 1 pc.;
  4. currant leaf 1 pc.;
  5. bay leaf 2 pcs.;

For brine (on one 3 liter jar):

  1. water 1.5 liters;
  2. salt 4 tsp;
  3. sugar 8 tsp;
  4. citric acid 1 tsp

Soak cucumbers in cold water for 3-4 hours. Rinse well, cut from 2 sides. At the bottom of a clean 3-liter jar, put dill, cherry and currant leaves, allspice, peas, garlic, sweet pepper (you can use any of your herbs - horseradish, tarragon, etc.) and fill the jar with cucumbers. Boil water and pour cucumbers into hot water. Cover the jars with lids and leave for 30 minutes. Drain the cucumber water into the pan and cook the brine. Add 4 tsp to 1.5 liters of water salt and 8 tsp sugar and boil again. Mix the boiling brine well, boil for 5 minutes and roll up the jars. Banks turn over and wrap up for 4-5 hours.
