Grilled turkey seasonings


  1. Turkey or chicken fillet 600 g
  2. Salt 0.5 tsp
  3. Thyme 1 tsp
  4. Provencal herbs 1 tsp
  5. Black pepper 1 tsp
  6. Granulated garlic 1 tsp
  7. Ground caraway seeds 0.5 tsp
  8. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

Step 1: prepare the turkey.

Dry the poultry meat with towels and cut it into medium-sized pieces (as you usually cut for grilling).

Step 2: mix the spices.

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. After you can transfer them into a zip bag or in a small jar, close and store in a dry, dark place, adding to the meat on occasion.

Step 3: season the turkey.

To use seasoning, sprinkle chopped turkey or chicken on it and mix well.

Add a little vegetable oil, mix again and leave on 30 minutes at room and temperature or on 1 hour pickle in the refrigerator.

Step 4: grill the turkey.

Just cook the turkey with the seasonings on the grill to a delicious crust.

Step 5: serve the turkey.

Serve turkey with vegetable salad, pita bread and cold drinks.
