pan, glasses, cupcake tins (or other coasters), spoon, knife
Step 1: prepare a layer of jelly.
Dissolve strawberry jelly in hot water and let it cool.
Pour the cooled jelly into the glasses and place them on an incline. Cupcake tins are best suited for this. Place the glasses and refrigerate them until the jelly has completely set.
Pour not all jelly at once, leave for the next layers.
You can put berries or pieces of berries in jelly.
Step 2: prepare the yogurt layer.
Heat the milk over low heat, remove it from the heat and add gelatin. Mix well, add yogurt and powdered sugar. Stir again.
Again, place the glasses at an angle, but this time on the other side, and fill in the cooled yogurt-gelatin mass (again not all, leaving some for the other layers).
Place the glasses in the refrigerator until the jelly cools completely.
Important! So that subsequent layers do not spoil the previous ones, they must be cooled and have already begun to thicken.
Step 3: Make Strawberry Mousse
Beat sour cream with 100 milliliters diluted strawberry jelly.
Place the glass on the opposite side again and pour in the whole cooked strawberry mousse.
When the mousse layer hardens, start repeating the layers first: jelly, then yogurt.
When the last layer has hardened, dessert can be served.
Step 4: serve a colorful strawberry dessert.
It turns out a beautiful strawberry dessert. Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve.
Enjoy your meal!
