Ingredients for Making Donuts with Apples
- Milk 0.5 cups
- Kefir 0.5 cups
- Yeast (live) 50 grams
- Sugar 150 grams
- Egg 1 piece

- Wheat flour 350-400 grams
- Apples (grated with sugar) for the filling

Step 1: prepare the dough.Mix kefir with milk and leave them on the table to keep the mixture warm.
When kefir and milk become room temperature, send yeast to them and mix. Add egg and sugar as well. And stir well.
Add vegetable oil without interrupting stirring, then pour the flour in portions and knead the dough.
Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place on 1 hour. In the process, mix the approached dough several times.
