Donuts with apples

Ingredients for Making Donuts with Apples

  1. Milk 0.5 cups
  2. Kefir 0.5 cups
  3. Yeast (live) 50 grams
  4. Sugar 150 grams
  5. Egg 1 piece
  6. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons + for frying
  7. Wheat flour 350-400 grams
  8. Apples (grated with sugar) for the filling

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Mix kefir with milk and leave them on the table to keep the mixture warm.
When kefir and milk become room temperature, send yeast to them and mix. Add egg and sugar as well. And stir well.
Add vegetable oil without interrupting stirring, then pour the flour in portions and knead the dough.
Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place on 1 hour. In the process, mix the approached dough several times.

Step 2: sculpt the donuts.


Donuts can be shaped in different ways. You can sprinkle flour on the countertop, roll out the dough and cut circles out of it with a glass. And you can just pinch off a piece of the dough, form a cake with your hands and fill it with filling.
For the filling, simply grate the peeled apples and add sugar to them. Or you can stew apples with sugar in a pan. It is all to your taste and desire.
Fill the cakes with apples and blind them. Ideally, the donuts should be round, but then how it goes, the shape will not affect the taste in any way.
Formed donuts let stand 5-10 minutes. On the test detuning.

Step 3: fry donuts with apples.


Heat vegetable oil in a pan and send donuts to it.

Fry until golden brown on both sides. There should be enough oil to half the donuts.
