Ingredients for Making Raspberry Cupcakes

  1. Chicken eggs 3 pieces
  2. Sugar 1 cup
  3. Wheat flour 7 tablespoons
  4. Sour cream 1/2 cup
  5. Butter 100 grams
  6. Soda 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Sunflower oil 1 tablespoon
  8. Fresh raspberries to taste
  9. Lemon juice to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the dough.


Beat the chicken eggs thoroughly with sugar until completely dissolved. You should have air mass.
Quench the soda with lemon juice and add it to the egg mass, add butter and sour cream softened at room temperature. Beat well.

Add flour while continuing to beat, and knead a uniform batter.

Step 2: pour the dough into forms.


Lubricate the molds with vegetable oil and pour the dough into them, filling out the forms only 3/4, because the cupcakes will still rise.

Step 3: add raspberries.


Wash the raspberries and dry them with towels, and then put them in the dough, decorating each cupcake.

Step 4: bake raspberry muffins.


Muffins with raspberries must be baked in preheated 200 degrees oven for 30 minutes. After baking, the muffins must be allowed to cool on a wire rack to room temperature.

Step 5: serve raspberry muffins.
