Salad with Chicken, Orange and Pink Sauce


  1. Salad mix 40 g
  2. Chicken fillet 100 g
  3. Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
  4. Basil to taste
  5. Orange 1 pc.
  6. Natural yogurt 100 g
  7. Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
  8. Green onions to taste

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Divide the chicken fillet in half, salt, pepper, grease with vegetable oil and put in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Cool the prepared meat and cut into thin strips.
Clean the orange, including the whitish partitions. Then cut into slices and remove the remaining film and seeds.
Rinse the salad, basil and green onions, dry and chop.
Mix yogurt with tomato sauce.

Step 2: mix.

Put lettuce on a plate, lay on top of them slices of orange and cooled chicken. Center the bowl with pink sauce. Garnish everything (including the sauce) with basil and green onions. Serve!
