Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Put millet in a strainer and rinse with running water.
Rinse, drain, and cut into small cubes.
Step 2: cook millet porridge with honey and plums.
In a small saucepan, warm the milk over low heat, add the millet and cook, stirring constantly. If the porridge becomes too dry during cooking, add a little hot water. Be sure to follow the process, as cereals are very moody and love to burn. Cook 15-20 minutes.
