- Pork 600-700 g
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Onion 1 pc.
- Bulgarian yellow pepper 1 pc.
- Bulgarian red pepper 1 pc.
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Ground hot pepper 0.5 tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Main ingredients: Onion, Pepper, Tomato
- Portion 3-4
frying pan, knife, spatula, spoon
Step 1: chop the pork.
Cut off excess fat from meat. Dry the pork with a paper towel.
Cut the meat into large pieces.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour.
Step 2: prepare the vegetables.
Cut the onion with feathers.
Peel the seeds and cut them into cubes. Dice the tomatoes. Remove the seeds from the tomato at the same time.
Step 3: fry the pork.
In a deep frying pan, heat the oil and fry the meat in it on both sides until golden brown.
Then add the onions and continue cooking under the lid. 5-6 minutesuntil it becomes transparent.
Step 4: add the vegetables.
Add pepper and crushed or finely chopped garlic. Stir, cover and cook for a few more minutes.
Add salt, paprika and hot pepper, mix well.
Add tomatoes, parsley and some more salt. Cover and simmer over low heat. 45 minutes.
I got enough juice from the vegetables in the process, but if you see that you don’t have any sauce in the pan, add some hot water and add it as needed.
Cook the pork until tender.
Add pepper, paprika, salt and hot pepper to taste.
Step 5: serve pork in spicy sauce with bell pepper.
Serve the pork cooked in a spicy sauce as an independent dish. It can be supplemented with a side dish, but in my opinion it is not necessary, meat and vegetables are tasty and hearty and so on.
Enjoy your meal!
