Chicken skewers with bacon and zucchini

Cooking:

Step 1: beat the chicken.


Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and make incisions in such a way as to unfold (open) the fillet. To do this, cut the fillet along, but not to the end.

Beat the chicken fillet with a hammer. Season with pepper and salt.

Step 2: add the bacon and zucchini.


Lay thin slices of smoked bacon with the first layer on the fillet.

Put thinly sliced ​​zucchini on the bacon. Salt a little bit of salt.

Step 3: turn into a roll and cut.


Roll the chicken fillet tightly into a roll, and then cut it into thick slices with a sharp knife 1.5 cm.

Step 4: fry chicken skewers with bacon and zucchini.


String pieces of chicken on skewers and brush them with olive oil. And then it remains only to fry or bake them in the oven in the "Grill" mode, for example. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Remember that chicken is cooked quite quickly, do not dry it.
