Step 1: prepare the dough.

First of all, you need to separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Beat the yolks with a mixer with icing sugar.

Add vanilla extract and flour (put on a teaspoon, kneading the dough well each time).
Add the lemon zest.
Whisk the squirrels with lemon juice until thick airy foam.
With a spatula, transfer the protein foam into the dough and carefully mix with the spatula (or spoon).

Step 2: bake a strawberry pie.

On a baking sheet measuring 20 by 30 cm, put the parchment for baking and pour the dough on it. Even out. Spread coarsely chopped strawberries on top.
