Step 1 - Prepare the form.

Pour the filling onto the base of the cookie, which should already cool to room temperature.

Step 4 - Bake.

Put a container of boiling water on the lower level of the oven. On the middle - a form with a cheesecake. Bake at 130 degrees for 90-120 minutes. The edges of the cheesecake should clutch, and the middle should remain “alive”. Turn off the oven, remove the form with hot water. Leave the cheesecake form in the oven until it cools down to a warm state.
