Stuffed Peppers with Rice and Meat

  7. Tomato 2 pcs.

Step 1 - Prepare Fig.

Rinse the rice and pour a glass of water. Put on a slow fire and cook until the water has completely evaporated.

Step 2 - Cook the vegetables.

Grate the carrots. Dice the onion and tomato. For frying, use half the onions with carrots, fry them in a pan. For gravy, fry the second half of the onions and carrots, when the onions become transparent, add the tomato, 1 tbsp. salt and sugar, paprika and pepper. Fry for a few minutes and add 750 ml of water. Extinguish the gravy after boiling for 5 minutes.

Mix rice, minced meat, frying, 1 tsp. salt and pepper. Mix everything well and start stuffing with pepper.

Step 4 - Stew.

Put pepper in a pan and pour the gravy. Simmer the pepper over low heat after boiling for 50 minutes. Stuffed peppers with rice and minced meat is ready. Bon Appetit everyone!
