Ingredients

For filling:

For pizza dough:

  1. Flour 50 g
  2. Kefir 30 ml
  3. Chicken egg 1 pc.
  4. Baking powder for the test 0.5 tsp
  5. Olive or vegetable oil to taste

Step 1 - Dough.


Pour baking powder into a bowl with flour, break the egg, add kefir and thoroughly stir with a whisk.

Step 2 - Filling.


We cut the mushrooms not too finely and cut the ham into a cube. We heat the pan with 2 tbsp on the stove. olive oil. We spread the sliced ​​mushrooms in a pan and fry, stirring with a spatula. Randomly, but not very finely chopped one tomato and half a bell pepper. Add ham to the pan to the mushrooms and mix, then add salt to taste and, reducing the heat, close the pan with a lid. Rub on a fine grater 150 gr. Parmesan We spread the prepared filling for pizza from the pan onto a plate.

Step 3 - Fill.

Make a pizza fill. To do this, pour 2 tablespoons into a cup. olive oil, add a clove of garlic, passed through a press, and mix.

Step 4 - Fry.


We heat a pan with a small amount of olive oil on a stove and pour out the dough, the lower layer of which is cooked for about 5 minutes. Lubricate the top layer of dough with pre-prepared grated tomatoes, making a tomato base on which French herbs are poured on top. On top of French herbs, evenly place vegetables, add a layer of Parmesan, place ham with mushrooms, sprinkle with a mixture of peppers and cover with a lid for five minutes.

Step 5 - Done!


As soon as the pizza is darkened, add a layer of the remaining parmesan on top and close the lid. Once the cheese has melted, pour over the top and sprinkle with dill. Bon appetit to all!
