I beat the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and flour with a submersible blender until smooth. Then add coconut flakes and gently mix with a spatula.
I grease the form with butter and sprinkle with semolina, spread the curd and smooth it over the whole form. I send it to the preheated oven for 180 to 40-45 minutes. I let the casserole cool completely and cut into pieces, on top of the casserole you can pour over the condensed milk or melted white chocolate. Enjoy your meal!
