- Cucumbers 500 g

- 2 eggs
- Garlic 3-4 tooth.

Chop the onion finely.
Garlic can be squeezed through a crush, but I just chopped it finely.
In a cauldron, heat the vegetable oil and fry the onions for about 3 minutes. Stir constantly.
Add cucumbers and stir fry for another 8-10 minutes.
Salt, pepper and mix again.
Add the garlic.
Beat eggs and mix until fully cooked. About 3-5 minutes.
When serving, sprinkle with herbs. Enjoy your meal. When hot, the dish has a creamy taste. But I love eating it cold.
