Seaweed soup


  1. Wakame seaweed dry 30 g
  2. soy sauce 2 tbsp for marinade + for serving
  3. sesame oil 1 tsp for marinade + 2 tsp for frying
  4. beef 400 g
  5. garlic 3 cloves
  6. boiling water 1.5 liters

Dry algae pour warm water for several minutes. For the marinade, mix soy sauce and sesame oil. Put the meat in the marinade, mix and set aside. Drain the wakame water and grind the algae with a knife or scissors. Chop the garlic. Heat a small amount of sesame oil in a saucepan. Put the pickled meat and fry. Add garlic, continue frying. Add chopped algae. Pour boiling water, bring to a boil and simmer for about 40 minutes. Ready soup to try, if necessary, add soy sauce or salt. Serve with soy sauce (I served with the usual, since I did not have a special thick sauce for soup). If desired, boiled rice can be served with soup.
