Salad "Heartbreaker" from chicken hearts


  1. chicken hearts 500 gr
  2. hard cheese 150 gr
  3. eggs 3 pcs.
  4. onions 3 pcs.
  5. salt 1 tsp
  6. sugar 1 tbsp
  7. vinegar 2 tbsp
  8. boiling water to taste
  9. mayonnaise to taste

Cooking method:

1. Onion cut into quarter rings, put in a bowl. Add salt, sugar, vinegar and pour boiling water so that the onion is completely in the water. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

2. Boil hearts in salted water. Cool and cut into 4 parts.

3. Dice the eggs

4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

5. Mix all the ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Season with mayonnaise.
