Peel potatoes, chop smaller and boil until cooked.
While the potatoes are cooking, chop the carrots and green onions.
From the finished potatoes, drain all the liquid and mash it in mashed potatoes. Add semolina, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix.
Add sunflower oil and chopped carrots with onions. Stir again.
Add eggs last and mix well again. Leave for 30 minutes to swell semolina.
After a while, with wet hands, we form cutlets. Bread them in breadcrumbs.
Fry in a preheated pan, in vegetable oil, on both sides, until golden brown.
Serve with sour cream. Such cutlets can be eaten both hot and cold.
