For the first layer, we need three yolks mixed with grated hard cheese. In a pan with a diameter of 22 cm, spread two thirds of the egg mixture and let it lightly fry over low heat. After a couple of minutes I turn it off, as shown in the video, and pour the remaining third. The yolk is cooked at fairly low temperatures, so even if it remains a little liquid, it's okay, it will have time to cook in a rolled roll. For the outer layer, mix the remaining three egg whites with milk and salt . Beat well and divide by about three times, gradually adding the prepared parts to the pan and turning the roll. The prepared layer of breakfast is cut and served hot with fresh vegetables.
