Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Sprinkle chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Lubricate with olive oil.
Lay the chicken on a baking tray, and place the chopped peppers and onions around. Put sprigs of cherry tomatoes and rosemary. Salt, pepper and pour olive oil on top.
Step 2: bake chicken with vegetables.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Bake in the oven for 2 hours, while the latter 20-15 minutes can cook at temperature 220 degreesso that the chicken becomes crisp.

Mix the pasta with the sauce that has accumulated on the baking sheet, on which the chicken with vegetables was baked. Put everything on a plate and serve hot.
