Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Dip the fish fillet with paper towels, salt and pepper.
Rinse and dry the spinach, cut the orange, melon and blue cheese into cubes of approximately the same size.
Step 2: fry the trout in a grill pan.
Melt the butter in a grill pan. But do not hold it for a long time so that it does not start to burn.
Place the trout fillet on the hot oil first with the skin down. Wait 2 minutes and gently turn over to fry the fillet on the other side. Cook yet 1 minute and remove the fillet on paper towels or baking parchment while mixing the salad ingredients.
Put spinach in a plate, salt, add slices of orange and melon, put cheese and mix. You do not need to refuel, melon and orange will give enough juice.
Step 3: serve the trout fried in a grill pan.
