Baked chicken with fruit

Ingredients

  1. Chicken (individual parts) 1 kg
  2. Apple (sour and hard) 1 pc. (large)
  3. Solid pears 2 pcs.
  4. Lemon 1/2 pcs.
  5. Cider (can be replaced with sour apple juice) 1 tbsp.
  6. Dried figs 10 pcs.
  7. Dates 1/3 Art.
  8. Raisins 1/3 Art.
  9. Almonds 1/3 Art.
  10. Goji berries 1/3 tbsp.
  11. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Pepper to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Rinse the chicken, dry, pepper, salt and until set aside.
Peel apples and pears, cut into medium sized slices. And immediately pour lemon juice and mix.

Put dried fruits and peeled almonds in a bowl of apples and pears. Pour cider, mix and set aside, let it brew.

Step 2: fry the chicken.


Fry the chicken with butter in a pan until golden brown on all sides. Fry over high heat, the chicken should not have time to cook inside.

Step 3: bake chicken with fruit.


Transfer the chicken to the baking tray.

Put the fruits and dried fruits with cider on top, mix the trace. Cover with foil but not tight so that water can evaporate. You can make holes in the foil with a knife, fork or toothpick.
Put in preheated until 140 degrees bake and bake for 90 minutes. Stir everything in the middle of cooking.
Once 90 minutes pass, remove the foil, increase the temperature to 180 degrees and bake still 20-25 minutesuntil the fruit is slightly burned around the edges.

Step 4: serve the chicken baked with fruit.


Serve fruit-baked chicken with rice or bread garnish. Very tasty and aromatic! Great festive dish, a real decoration for your table.
