Apple fritters


  1. Wheat flour 200 g
  2. Apples (sour) 600 g
  3. Sugar 4 tbsp
  4. 2 tsp baking powder
  5. Salt ½ tsp
  6. Milk 250 ml
  7. Chicken eggs 2 pcs.
  8. Cinnamon 1 tsp
  9. Vanilla ⅓ tsp
  10. Vegetable oil 100 ml
  11. Zest of 1 lemon
  12. Juice 1 Lemon

Step 1.

In a large bowl, sift the sifted wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and vanilla.

Step 2

Add 2 beaten eggs to the flour. Shuffle.

Step 3

Continuing to mix, slowly pour warm milk into the dough. The dough should turn out like liquid sour cream.

Step 4

Peel the apples from the core and peel, cut into small pieces.

Step 5

Preheat the pan with 3 tbsp. vegetable oil over medium heat, and spoon the dough into a pan, giving the pancakes a round shape, a short distance from each other.

Step 6

Bake pancakes on low heat until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.

Step 7

Serve with sour cream, whipped cream, jam or caramel syrup.
