Plum pie


  1. flour 1 cup
  2. brown sugar 2 tbsp
  3. baking powder 1 tsp
  4. salt ½ tsp
  5. butter 80 gr
  6. heavy cream 4 tbsp
  7. eggs 2 pcs.
  8. plums 700 gr
  9. cinnamon ½ tsp
  10. ground dry ginger ¼ tsp
  11. ground nutmeg ¼ tsp
  12. vanilla sugar 5 x 8 gr

Mix flour, baking powder, 1 tbsp. brown sugar, salt. Add butter and mix. Add 1 egg and 2 tbsp. fat cream. Mix well. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove the seeds from the plums and cut into slices. Add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, mix. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and spread evenly on the bottom and walls of the baking dish with your hands. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. put plums in a form with dough and bake for 25-30 minutes.
In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp. cream, egg, 1 tbsp brown sugar and vanilla sugar. Spread the mixture evenly over the surface of the drain. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Before serving, wait until the cake has completely cooled.
