Ingredients

Cooking:


1) Pita bread cut into small pieces, slightly less than the diameter of the pan. My frying pan is 26 cm in diameter. Break the eggs into a convenient container, salt to taste and beat slightly with a fork.

2) For the first filling, I put cottage cheese, grated hard cheese, chopped dill and diced tomato, and removed the juicy middle of the tomato with the help of tsp. and diced the flesh. I mix everything. I don’t salt the filling, as the cheese and eggs are salty.

3) I pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, warm it up. I douse pita bread in an egg from two sides and put it in a pan. On top I distribute about 1.5 tbsp. fillings, as soon as the cheese starts to melt a little, I turn the pita bread into a roll with two scapulas, push the roll to the edge of the pan, put the second sheet of pita bread, after dipping it in the egg, overlapping the previous one and repeating all the same until the food runs out. At the end, fry the roll on all sides for a golden crust.
