Cinnamon Bread Pudding


  1. 2 eggs
  2. Cream 30% 1 tbsp.
  3. Milk 125 ml
  4. Powdered Sugar 2 tbsp
  5. Butter or margarine for form lubrication
  6. Ground cinnamon to taste
  7. Wheat Bread 10 slices (toasted or dried)
  8. Plum jam optional
  9. Raisins 2 tbsp
  10. Vanilla Sugar 1 sachet (5 g)

Step 1: prepare the fill.

Beat eggs with a whisk with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Pour cream, milk and mix very carefully.

Step 2: prepare the bread.

Smear half the slices of bread with plum jam, brush the other half with butter or margarine (make a very thin layer), cover the slices with jam butter, making sandwiches. And cut diagonally.
Lubricate the baking dish with butter and place the bread triangles in it.

Step 3: bake cinnamon bread pudding.

Pour in egg and milk fill, add raisins and sprinkle with cinnamon. And immediately send in preheated to 180 degrees bake and bake about 40 minutes.
