  • Main Ingredients
  • Portion 6-8

skewers, grill (barbecue), knife, board, grater, plate, tongs, spoon

Step 1: prepare cabbage salad.

Prepare the salad in advance, if it stands, it will only become tastier.

Chop the cabbage finely, grate the carrots and chop the onion finely.

Mix the dressing, then add it to the salad and put everything in the refrigerator. Stir the salad again before serving.

Step 2: pickle the pork tenderloin.

Cut the bacon into rectangles with a length of about 3 cm.
Cut the pork into cubes about 2 cm thick. Lightly crush each slice with your hand.

Transfer meat to a plate, add mustard with horseradish, salt and pepper, mix, cover with a film and let it marinate.

Step 3: pickle vegetables.

Mix the ingredients for the vegetable marinade.

Peppers and onions cut into large pieces, pour the marinade and mix well. Cover with foil and let stand just like the meat in the marinade.

Step 4: fry the pork tenderloin skewers.

Alternating pieces of vegetables, bacon and meat, put everything on skewers soaked in advance. Pieces of meat must be between slices of bacon, so the kebab will turn out juicier.

Put the skewers on the heated grill and fry over 5-7 minutes on each side until ready.

Step 5: serve the kebab from pork tenderloin.

Serve the prepared kebab from pork tenderloin with previously prepared cabbage salad.
Enjoy your meal!
