Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet. Break the eggs and gently separate the yolks from the proteins. We need only the yolks, omelet can be made from proteins or used to prepare another dish. To obtain a beautiful golden crust on top of the dough, apply a layer of mixed egg yolks with a brush. Send chicken drumsticks in puff pastry to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour.
