knife, frying pan, foil, baking tray
Step 1: chop the apples.
Wash the apples, cut each into eight pieces and remove the seeds and twigs.
Put the chopped apples in a bowl of water (so that all slices are immersed).
Add lemon juice, mix and leave on 15 minutes. Apples will pop up from time to time, so you need to heat them with your hand. After 15 minutes drain the water, dry the apples.
Step 2: chop the pork.
Wash and dry the meat, cut off the fat and film.
Cut into large slices approximately 1.5-2 cm. Pepper and salt the meat, sprinkle with hot and sweet paprika, as well as marjoram. Set aside for now.
Step 3: chop the onion.
Cut the onion into rings. To prevent onion juice from pinching your eyes, dip the blade in cold water from time to time during cutting.
Step 4: fry the pork.
Fry the meat over high heat in oil for about 20 seconds from each side. Transfer to a greased baking tray.
Step 5: fry the onions.
Sauté the onions until transparent. And then shift to meat.
Step 6: stew the apples.
Put apples in a skillet and fry for about 30 seconds. Pour apple juice and bring to a boil. When the juice boils, pour it with apples on a baking sheet with meat.
Step 7: bake pork with onions and apples.
Lightly salt and pepper everything on top and cover with foil, leaving a hole for steam to escape.
Bake in preheated 140 degrees oven for 2 hours. After sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve.
Step 8: serve pork with onions and apples.
The best side dish for pork baked with onions and apples would be rice or mashed potatoes.
Enjoy your meal!
