Ingredients for Making Chicken Thigh Rolls

  1. Chicken thighs (boneless) 6 pieces
  2. Bulgarian green pepper 1 piece
  3. Bulgarian red pepper 1 piece
  4. Onion 1 piece
  5. Olive oil 20 milliliters
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper to taste
  8. Spices for chicken to taste

Inventory:

Frying pan, spatula, toothpicks, kitchen knife, cutting board.

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the chicken thighs.


Remove the bones from the thighs and, if desired, can remove the skin.
Grease the chicken thighs with spices, beat them lightly so that it is easy to wrap them and grease the inside and outside with olive oil.

Rinse, peel and cut into thin strips. Peel the onion and cut into thin slices.

Step 3: Fry Chicken Thigh Rolls


Spread the chicken thighs with the skin down, lay on top, alternating, slices of pepper and onion. Then carefully roll the hips into a roll and secure them with toothpicks so that they do not turn around.
Fry the rolls in a regular pan or grill until golden and meat is cooked. The hips must be often turned over so that they are evenly prepared. And after frying the toothpicks must be taken out, the rolls will keep their shape and so on.
