- Pork shoulder 1 kg
- Potato 1 kg
- 1/3 cabbage

- 1/2 parsley bunch

Step 1: prepare the meat.
Cut the pork into large pieces.
Sprinkle pork with spices and mix well.
Step 2: prepare the vegetables.
Peel the potatoes and cut them in half or quarters, depending on size. Here, the potatoes are small, therefore they are added to the whole meat.
Cut cabbage into large cubes.
Peel the carrots and chop them pretty coarsely. Chop celery.
Add bell pepper, also coarsely chopped.
Cut the mushrooms into slices, and the zucchini into slices.
Add the parsley.
Step 3: bake pork with vegetables in the sleeve.
Put all the ingredients in a baking sleeve and tie the ends together. Shake to mix the meat with vegetables and mushrooms, as well as evenly distribute the spices.
Pry a sleeve through a toothpick 2-3 places.
Put the sleeve in the mold and bake in preheated 180 degrees oven for 80 minutes.
Per 15 minutes until ready, cut the sleeve and open so that the meat and vegetables are slightly podzolot.
Step 4: serve the pork with vegetables in the sleeve.
Serve the pork with vegetables, baked in the sleeve, hot. In my opinion, no sauce is needed, the dish turns out to be juicy and tasty in itself.
