Chocolate Chip Cookies


To make cracked chocolate chip cookies, take:

  1. Flour 150 gr
  2. Cocoa 50 gr
  3. Sugar 160 gr
  4. Vanilla Sugar 10g
  5. Salt 1 pinch
  6. Butter 72% 100 gr
  7. Egg 2 pcs.
  8. Baking powder 1 tsp

1. Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, cocoa with soft butter, add eggs, flour and baking powder, mix until smooth. Put in the freezer for 1 hour. The dough should harden so that it can be rolled into balls weighing 25-30 g. 2. Roll balls in powdered sugar. Put on parchment or silicone mat. leaving the distance between the balls, as they will increase in size when baking. 3. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Let the finished cookie cool down a bit, because it is very tender, then you can remove it from the pan.
