Ingredients

  1. Red bell pepper 10 pcs.
  2. Bulgur 200 g
  3. Champignons 100 g
  4. Onion 1 pc.
  5. Garlic 3 tooth.
  6. Raisins 1 tbsp
  7. Tomato paste 1 tbsp. l
  8. Parsley 1 beam.
  9. Mint 1 tbsp
  10. Lemon 0.5 pcs.
  11. Sugar 1 tsp
  12. Salt 2 tsp
  13. Ground black pepper 1 tsp
  14. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

Cooking steps:

1. We release pepper from tails and seeds. We spread the peppers in a suitable dish, where we will stew.

2. Grind mushrooms, onions, garlic, herbs and mint, tomato paste diluted with water to the state of tomato juice.

3. Prepare the filling: fry onion and garlic in vegetable oil, add the mushrooms, tomato paste and bulgur diluted with water. Fry everything until the liquid evaporates.

4. Bring the filling to taste: add salt, sugar, pepper, dill and mint, pour raisins and mix thoroughly.

5. Fill each pepper with 2/3 filling, as during extinguishing, bulgur will swell.

6. Pour the water so that it is slightly lower than the edges of the pepper in level and add lemon juice (then the pepper will remain whole and soft, and the peel of the pepper will not separate from its pulp).

7. Stew under a closed lid for about 35 minutes, until the bulgur is ready.
