Prepare everything for preparing the workpiece. Sterilize the jars in a convenient way for you, boil the lids for 2-3 minutes. Wash and drain tomatoes and plums.
Put spices on the bottom of clean, sterilized jars. Each jar contains a couple of sprigs of fresh basil, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 peas of allspice, 5 peas of black pepper, 1 bay leaf, dill umbrella and 5 coriander seeds. You can choose other spices that you like.
In the jars filled with spices we add tomatoes, which we pre-pierce in the area of the peduncle with a toothpick, and plums in layers. Filling the jar to the end, pour it with boiling water and leave the tomatoes and plums to warm for 20 minutes.
After the lapse of time, we drain the water from all the cans into a separate pan and use it to prepare the brine. Add salt and sugar to the water, put the brine on the stove and boil for 5 minutes, add vinegar and boil for another 2 minutes. Pour the jars with the hot marinade, immediately roll them up, turn them over and wrap them until they cool completely.
After cooling, we store this delicious fragrant billet in the pantry or cellar.
