Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar, mix with a whisk, pour melted, warm butter and warm kefir. Mix. Pour the sifted flour and dried yeast in parts, stir each part of the flour well, only then pour the next portion of flour.
Knead a smooth, soft, non-sticky dough. Transfer it to a bowl greased with vegetable oil. Cover with cling film and leave for 40-50 minutes to proof.
For plum filling, free from the stone and cut the pulp into 6-8 parts.
Divide the rest of the dough into 2 equal parts. Roll out the dough into a layer, 5-7 mm thick. Cut it into segments with a pizza knife, I got 12 pcs., Put slices of plums on the edge and fold each segment from the edge. I do the same with the second part of the test.
I put the blanks on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Top with egg yolk with 1 tbsp. milk. And sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 * at an average level of 20-25 minutes.
