- Boneless chicken breast 700 gr
- Salt 3 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Water 300 ml
- Ground coriander 1 tsp
- Smoked paprika 1 tsp
- Dried garlic 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil 1 tsp

1. Dissolve sugar and salt in room temperature water. Put chicken breast and leave for 1 hour.
2. Cut the chicken breast in half, fold 2 parts of the fillet with a jack (the thinner part of the fillet to the thicker part), wrap it well with a thread. Combine coriander, smoked paprika, dried garlic and vegetable oil, add a little water if necessary. Lubricate the chicken with the resulting paste and let it marinate for 30-60 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Cover the baking dish with 2 layers of foil. Put chicken fillet on top and put in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the fillet in the oven until the oven cools down, for 4 hours.
