Omelet pie

Ingredients for Making Omelette Pie

  1. 6 eggs
  2. Ham 80 grams
  3. Hard cheese 80 grams
  4. Mozzarella 80 grams
  5. Milk 80 milliliters
  6. Canned Mushrooms 80 grams
  7. Pitted olives or olives 40 grams
  8. Bulgarian red pepper 1/4 pieces
  9. Green onion 1 bunch
  10. Wheat flour 2-3 tablespoons
  11. Baking powder 1/2 sachet
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Pepper to taste
  14. Fresh parsley to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Cut olives or olives, mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, bell pepper and green onion into small pieces. Leave some mozzarella for decoration. Grate hard cheese and chop parsley into small pieces.

Step 2: beat the eggs.


In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with milk and salt until foam. Then add flour mixed with baking powder for dough and beat well again.

Step 3: add the filling.


Add the grated cheese and all the other chopped ingredients to the egg mixture. Mix everything well with a spatula or tablespoon. Add more salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4: bake an omelet cake.


Lubricate the baking dish with butter and pour the egg mixture into it. Garnish the cake with slices of mozzarella, black olives, pepper and fresh herbs.

Bake the omelette in preheated 180 degrees the oven. Cook until golden brown for 15-20 minutes.

Step 5: serve the omelette pie.


Cool the finished cake, and then cut and serve with sauce or sour cream. Tasty and easy! This recipe will definitely appeal to those who do not like to hang around in the kitchen for a long time. The dish, of course, is not festive, but it will fit very well as a quick snack.
