Ingredients for Making Homemade Potato Chips

Cooking homemade potato chips:

First, put potato baked (it is better to take potatoes of the same size to bake the same time). To do this, wash the potatoes well, wipe dry, pack it in foil. We lay the potatoes in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees. I laid the potatoes directly on the wire rack. My potatoes were baked for an hour, but it all depends on the size of the potatoes and the oven itself, therefore, we check the readiness with a wooden skewer. We pierce potatoes, if the skewer comes in easily, then it’s ready. Leave to cool slightly, but in the meantime we’ll take care of the fillings.

The fillings can be very different, which is just enough for your imagination and budget: smoked meats, dill, fried mushrooms, crab sticks ... So, let's start making the toppings.
Three cucumbers on a grater (you can cut as you like). We chop the greens, we throw it to the cucumbers. Add sour cream, garlic and salt. Mix. The filling is ready.
Rub cheese with a fork. We chop the greens, send it to the cheese. Add salt and sour cream.
Cut the potatoes in half, almost to the end. Knead with a fork the flesh of a potato. Add cheese, you can add a slice of butter and mix, it looks like mashed potatoes. Add the filling on top and our baby potato is ready!
