Cheese pumpkin


  1. Pumpkin 700 gr
  2. Cheese 120 gr
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Ground black pepper to taste
  5. Sunflower oil to taste

Pre-clean the pumpkin from seeds and peel. Next, cut the pumpkin into cubes about 2 cm. Pour oil into a heated frying pan so that it covers the bottom completely. When the oil has warmed up well, toss the pumpkin into fry. Pumpkins in a pan should be no more than two levels. Fry over medium heat for 20 minutes, stir every 2 minutes so that the pumpkin is well fried on each side. While the pumpkin is fried, grate the cheese on a fine grater. When 16 minutes have passed, frying the pumpkin, add salt, ground black pepper and mix well. After 20 minutes of frying, turn off the heat, sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with a lid. Let stand a couple of minutes. The dish is ready. You can use it as a side dish for meat or just a snack. Enjoy your meal! Eat more, don’t listen to anyone!
