Ingredients for making fish sticks
- Cod fillet 2 pieces
- Wheat flour optional

Frying pan, kitchen knife, cutting board, spatula.
Step 1: prepare the cod filet.
Fish fillet should be at room temperature. Cut the cod into chubby chopsticks, the size of which makes it convenient to take them.
Roll the sliced cod fillet in flour, it will help the batter to hold.
Beat the egg with salt and pepper and dip the cod sticks into it in turn, and then roll in breadcrumbs.
Step 2: fry fish sticks.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and place the cod sticks covered in breadcrumbs in it. Cook over medium heat until golden brown on all sides. You will spend only a few minutes cooking fish sticks, so do not run far from the stove.
Step 3: serve the fish sticks.

- To make cod sticks more dietary, fry them in coconut oil and remove the skin from the fillet.
